Once you've made the payment, please take a screenshot and send it to email@example.com and indicate your order number.
Do you accept cash-on-delivery (COD)?
We do not have COD option in our store.
Do you have a physical store?
As of now, we are primarily online.
Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse is based in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Do to our skeletal workforce and limited warehouse operations, we are not always available to allow warehouse pickups. We do our best to ensure that our shipping fees are lower than if you book a delivery yourself.
Are all products readily available in your store?
It is possible that a product may run out of stock by the time you order. In case this happens, we will cancel your order and send a refund to your chosen payment method. We may also ask you if you would like to be informed if the item/s you like are restocked, for you to place a new order.
Can I order other products from Taiwan not found in your store?
If you are interested in sourcing other products from Taiwan, we can help you out! We accept special orders of wholesale and retail products from Taiwan, such as industrial, manufacturing, or hardware products, food and lifestyle products, furniture items, and more.
