If you do not provide customization information within one day of placing your order, we will be unable to produce it and will cancel the order.

-The color of each batch of thread may vary slightly, and screen display may also cause color differences. --The color swatch is for reference only.

-As this is a personalized custom item, it falls under the "Special Product Category" and is therefore not -eligible for the seven-day warranty and return/exchange policy.

-Customization is available for Chinese characters, English letters, numbers, etc. For more specific needs, Please feel free to message us.

-Colors and fonts can be freely combined.

-Each item comes with a keychain and is individually packaged in a transparent bag.

-Size is customizable, with a maximum length of 9 cm. Actual length may vary depending on the number of characters.

3D Printed Product:

Each piece is not mass-produced using molds, but rather printed individually by machine, making each finished product unique.

Some pieces may have a slight finishing line on the inner edge; this is normal.

1. The finished product surface will have natural layer textures (line patterns), which is a characteristic of 3D printing and not a defect.

If you are looking for "completely texture-free" or "absolutely smooth" perfection, please think carefully.

2. From machine printing, manual assembly, finishing to packaging, all processes require time and effort.

We want to deliver the best product to you, so we suggest you accept the wait before placing an order.
