Cleaning and maintenance
  • Before first use , please remove the outer lining and cover, immerse the stainless steel product in water, add white vinegar (one spoon of white vinegar per cup of water), boil for about 10 minutes, then use a soft sponge and neutral detergent to clean, and use Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  • Note: If the PP outer lining cannot be removed, please rinse the outer lining with hot water of about 60 degrees Celsius. After it is evenly heated, it can be easily removed.
  • Do not use wire brushes, rough vegetable cloths or rough sponges to clean tableware to avoid damaging the surface of the product or causing scratches.
  • If white powder remains after cleaning, it is caused by fine components in tap water.
  • Antibacterial stainless steel can be disassembled and used individually for high temperature or ultraviolet disinfection, and the antibacterial effect will not be affected.
  • Wipe dry with a clean cloth before storing to prevent water marks on the product.
  • Do not place the product in a microwave oven or oven.
  • It is not recommended to use high temperature or ultraviolet rays to sterilize bowls, plates, cup linings, lids, and fork and spoon covers, and do not store them in hot and humid places.
